Tuesday dinner

Well, after Vivian scared me by asking how many points the Bratwursts were earlier today (I have no idea), I decided on a dinner of just vegetables.

So, I broke out a bottle of Recaito (a latin cilantro-centric soup base that I use for cooking), some garlic paste, broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, mushroom slices, capers, peperoncini, pearl onions and diced jalapenos and tossed it all in a saute pan for a few minutes.

It came out really tasty, and pretty much zero points. So TAKE THAT, Viv!

There was also some watermelon along the way.
