Sunday - At Home

Well, it's another day of Eating the Stuff in the Refrigerator Before I Go Away.

Today, I broke out the big bag of Bok Choy.. I rinsed it off, and cleaned the remaining package of Mushrooms.

I opened a can of Diced Tomatoes, added a LOT of Garlic Paste, and some spices to the pan, and then put in the vegetables. The Bok Choy cooks down a lot.

It was good. It would be better sauteed in butter, but no.

Around 7:30, the Vegetables just didn't hold up, so I nuked a Lean Cuisine Meatloaf with Mashed Potates.

It certainly was food; I will give you that.

That's it for the weekend. Interesting food starting Thursday, I promise.
