Saturday, Fish Day

Well, I assure you that this will get more interesting starting Thursday night.

I cooked Breakfast. A Big Breakfast.

I had bought a piece of catfish at Albertsons the other day, and it was calling me. I broke out the usual suspects.

Surrounding the Catfish, like they were a chorus of backup singers: Capers, Pepper Rings, Portabello Mushrooms, Salsa, Diced Tomatoes, more Mushrooms, Pearl Onions. Not pictured: Garlic Paste.

I cleaned the Mushrooms and heated up all the stuff in a pan. Once it got hot enough, I put the fish in.

When if was all done, it went on a plate, and then... in my belly.

It was pretty wonderful, and I was full most of the day. I spent my non-full time eating Frozen Grapes in the house while I started packing, so it was really just the fish today.

Thursday... I promise.
