I didn't eat much in the daytime today.
I went out and ran some errands this morning, and I stopped at Supermercado Wong on the way back home. I had to pick up some stuff for one of my friends back home, and this supermarket is new, big and shiny, so I like walking around in there. And also... Wong.
One of the things that they do -- next to the Deli Counter -- is offer up freshly-made Cebiche. For about $5, they whip it up right in front of you. It's not as fancy as a restaurant version (you eat it out of a to-go container), but it hits the spot and you get to eat Cebiche.
I got the mixed (fish and seafood) version. The picture really doesn't do this any justice, but there you have it. I took a much nicer photo in the fruit section of the store.
Later on, I was in the Hacienda Casino, minding my own business, when they went around with Lunch plates. This was some sort of meat (I don't remember) with some rice and white beans.
For free casino food, they do a really good job there.
