When I made dinner last night, I had prepared enough of my vegetable mix (diced tomatoes, capers, banana peppers, sliced mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash, broccoli, diced jalepenos) to accommodate a second meal.
I cut up a chicken breast and sauteed it with the vegetables. I split it with Johanna; she brought four chicken wings from Publix to the table... two for each of us.
