Mom and I went to
Bageland in Tamarac for a late breakfast/early lunch today.
I had a egg-white vegetable omelet with well-done home fries. I made two mini sandwiches with the wheat toast that came with it.
Loretta had Baked Salmon Salad on an everything bagel with a potato pancake.

Bageland always does a good job. I don't get there very much, what with living East and all, but they are always an excellent choice when looking to fill a bagel/deli need.
When I got home later, I started on the grapes that I put in the freezer last night. I anticipate that they will keep me occupied the rest of the night.
