On the way to the airport to pick up Ed, I stopped and had a Caldo de Gallina. This is a jumbo chicken noodle soup, with an egg thrown in for good measure.
Then since I was early at the airport, I had time for a proper lunch. This is my Arroz con Pollo (rice with chicken). It came with a side salad and a glass of Chicha Morada (purple corn juice).
