Key Club

I read a review of San Isidro's Key Club somewhere, but I can't find it now.

They are just off of a main drag in the middle of the business district. There's no sign outside; you have to know it's there. This is a high-quality restaurant, and everything here is expensive.

Ed and I split some Conchas a la Parmeseana as our appetizer. These are jumbo scallops, seasoned, buttered, and covered in parmesean cheese and baked. They're awesome.
We both opted for the house special: the Surf & Turf. I ordered my steak en vivo (alive), which is very hard to get in Lima, and it was just perfect. The lobster was delicious, too, but no matter how big it is, there's never enough.
Not just Steak and Lobster, but Steak, Lobster, AND Onion Rings.
I ate everything on my plate, plus two pieces of bread. No dessert for me.

  2. OMG.....all that can be said is thank goodness most of all this is fish and seafood... but oh it does all look delicious. I wish we could put this on a screen in our Weight Watcher meeting room.

  3. Well, the surf and turf is overkill. What can I say?

I do try to keep to seafood here... it helps somewhat.
