Tuesday


Two hard-Boiled Eggs for Breakfast.

A Bowl of Watermelon.

For Lunch, I had the Chioppino Soup that I had bought at Whole Foods yesterday.

I don't like nuking liquids... it never heats up evenly. That didn't stop me from finishing the bowl. Other than uneven heat, it was delicious.

Another Bowl of Watermelon at around 1:30.

And another at 5:00 pm.

I got home at 7:30, and had a half hour to cook before NCIS. The other things that I bought at Whole Foods were some Broccoli Florets and Turkey, Feta and Spinach Burgers. They were 8 ounces each, and came in white meat and dark meat patties. I chose the white.

Now, my expectations were low on this, but they looked good and appeared healthy-ish. I pan-fried them, and when they were done, they didn't look all that exciting.

But then I ate them, and well, they didn't suck. I had the Broccoli raw; that was excellent. And I am full.
