Let's jump ahead to the money shot, why don't we?
That's Jeff. He works with me. He fishes when he gets a chance. They were 'jumping into his boat' over the weekend, he says. I ate the one he's holding up here.
But that was at night.
I started the day with a Bowl of Watermelon. Now that Summer's over, they cost more and aren't as sweet. But I still like them.
For Lunch, I bought a package of the Turkey Breast from Albertsons and used the Maille Mustard for RollUps. I just got a reorder of Mustard delivered today, so I'm all set for a while.

Now, the fish. Jeff gave me a frozen bag Monday morning. I let it defrost all day today, and cooked it at around 8:30. Here's the filets... he says the fish itself was around 20 inches.
They were nice and thick. I heated up the usual suspects, and then threw in the filets.
That rogues' gallery contains fresh Mushrooms, Pearl Onions, Diced Tomatoes, Capers, Mild Pepper Rings and diced Jalapenos. The last item is a Cilantro and Hot Pepper sauce that I picked up in Lima last month. It was freaking HOT, so I only used a very little. Here's the finished product:
There's nothing like a couple of fresh Fish filets. It was Delicious. Thanks, Jeff!
