Football Sunday

I guess every Sunday is a Football Sunday, but I just like calling it that.

This morning, I started with a Bowl of Watermelon.

Joe Robert came over to watch the games with me, so I made us Lunch. When I'm cooking, there's a good chance that Fish will be on the menu.
For your viewing pleasure, here's some Catfish, Diced Tomatoes, an Onion (which I cut up), Baby Portabellos, Capers, Pepper Rings, Jalapenos, Broccoli and spices.

First, everything went into the frying pan.

After the Vegetables were close to ready, I added the Catfish.

Here's the final product:

Joe Robert liked his, too.

I finished my plate, and then did in the remaining Vegetables that didn't make it into the original servings.

As a side dish, I made us a Tamale that I had brought home from Peru. We split it, so that's five points.

Later on, we broke open the Chips and Hummus that Joe Robert brought with him.

I ate two Chips with Hummus. Two.

For the late game, I had a Bowl of Watermelon and some Frozen Grapes.
