Lonnise and I had tickets to see Lionel Richie at the Hard Rock tonight. He hasn't toured in the US in ten years. We didn't know that; we just like his songs.
Anyway, the little Seminole Casino next door to the Hard Rock sent me a coupon for two free buffet Dinners in their restaurant, so we went there first.
It's a little casino, and it has a little buffet. Maybe there were twenty tables in there. It's only $10, and that seems like a good price for what they give you, maybe even a bargain.
Well, the choices for me worked out well. They has a Vegetable Medley, Turkey Breast at the Carving Station, and Snapper with Spinach and Tomatoes and a couple of other things.
It was all good. The Turkey Breast was juicy, and the Vegetables with the Fish were better than the Vegetables all by themselves. I got a second plate of fish and Vegetables.
No Bread, No Salad, No Dessert. Just Turkey, Fish and Vegetables. At the concert, we split a small container of popcorn. That's it for the food.
The concert was Awesome. He sounded just like Lionel Richie, and did all his hits, both from his Commodore Days and his solo career. We loved it. Everyone there had a great time.
