There I was, minding my own business, and all of a sudden, it was Monday again.
I didn't eat during the day (I even forgot to take my vitamins today). So I get hungry as I'm driving home.
Pizza? Ribs? Salmon? Hamburgers? All of the above?
Itell all of the hungry voices to shut up, and I pull into Whole Foods. I knew I could get Soup there.
I'm walking around. I but a couple of Hard-Boiled Eggs and Turkey Burgers for later in the week. But for tonight, I go to the prepared foods.
I usually don't think I can afford most of the stuff there, but I go to the hot buffet table, and I see: Fire Roasted Eggplant. I get some of that.
It doesn't look like much, but I like Eggplant, and I figured, what the hell. I got around a pound of that.
Then I picked up large containers of the two Soups that I bought last week: Fish Gumbo and Chioppino.
I was in a frenzy and forgot to take pictures; these are from last week.
The Eggplant didn't make it out of the parking lot. When I got home, I ate the Gumbo. Interestingly, when you go at 8 pm instead of just when they're closing, the soup has big pieces of fish in it.
There were four pieces that size in the container.
I put the other Soup in the refrigerator for tomorrow and had a bowl of Frozen Grapes while watching Payton (the good brother) Manning beat up on the Raiders.
