I wasn't much hungry during the day, so I ate some Frozen Grapes, and then some more Frozen Grapes. Then I got hungry, but it was pretty close to the end of the work day, and I was taking food out and having dinner with Loretta tonight, so I decided to wait.
Loretta likes the Dim Sum choices at Toa Toa in Sunrise. She likes them a lot; she eats there every other week or so. I called them and ordered a few things to go.
Dim Sum is basically, Oriental tapas -- small dishes made to share. Loretta doesn't eat meat (just fish, seafood, and vegetables), and she gave me a 4-item wish list for me to edit and for us to share. I added two more items and showed up at the rehab with six containers.
From top left, going clockwise: Chive Dumpling, Stuffed Black Mushrooms, Minced Scallop Cutlet, Shrimp Taro, Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, Stuffed Eggplant.
Here's what was on my plate; Loretta ate the rest.
She was afraid that the Chive Dumplings had Pork in them (she was wrong), so I ate them all. Everything else was split 50/50. I thought it was OK; it was probably much better hot from the kitchen. Loretta was ecstatic... this was 769897620916039 times better than what they serve in the rehab, she said.
I had downloaded last night's episode of Franklin and Bash, so we watched that after dinner. Then I came home and ate a lot of Watermelon. That's it for the night.
BLOG ALERT: I am going on a 3-night cruise starting tomorrow. There may not be any blog posts, unless I decide to spend a zillion dollars for internet time on the boat. I will try no to eat too much.
