Seeing as I was still at the Hard Rock losing money, I figured I could contribute to weight loss as well, so I drove to Foodtown to get some Fruit and Vegetables.
From the top center, there is Cantaloupe, Romaine Lettuce, Plumbs, Green Peppers, more Green Peppers, and a couple of Tomatoes. Between 10 am and 3 in the afternoon, I downed the Lettuce, Plumbs, half the Cantaloupe, the Tomatoes, and half the Peppers.
At around 4:00, I decided to get some protein in me, so I stopped at Walgreens (yes, Walgreens) and picked up two, 5 ounce bags of Turkey slices.
These meats -- as far as I can tell, they're actual Turkey -- aren't bad tasting, and they're sliced VERY thinly, so five ounces of Turkey is 14 slices. That helps satisfy the need to put something in my mouth, because I can do it 14 times. And it is just 3 points per bag. I made roll-ups with Mustard out of one bag, and was good for a while.
At 7:00, I finished off the Frozen Grapes in my refrigerator. I had fewer than I had thought.
I thought I was done for the day, but I was hungry again at 11:20, so I had the other bag of Turkey.
And then I was done for the day!
