It's Turkey Neck Thursday! Yes!

Around noon, I had some more of the Turkey that I made on Tuesday.
I just love eating Turkey. I love it so much that -- even though there is cooked Turkey left, AND I have ownership of five more frozen Turkeys -- I stopped on the way home and bought some Turkey Necks with which to celebrate Turkey Neck Thursday.
When I got home, I broke out the big cooking Pot, two cans of Diced Tomatoes, One jar of Salsa, some Pepper, some Fried Garlic, and a spicy seasoning mix that I picked up in Peru.
I set it all to cook for about an hour and a quarter, and when it was done, I had fall-off-the bone Turkey Necks for dinner.
I ate all but one large piece over the next few hours. And not all that shockingly, I was full.
