Smoked Turkey Thursday

(Thanks to Denise for the title suggestion)

I was having guests for Dinne. A nice Dinner. So I was saving myself.

Three Bowls of Watermelon.

I left the office at 4:30 to go to VooDoo BBQ to pick up my Smoked Turkey. Edwar, Jennifer. their daughter Daniela, and Lonnise were coming for Dinner. I rarely get guests at home for Dinner, so I was excited.

I copped the bird, got home and started cleaning and prepping. The Turkey looked beautiful. So pretty, Lonnise and I posed with it.

I served Chips and Salsa and Meat Patties for my visitors, and then we got to Dinner.

When the Lora family got a look at the bird, they needed to pose with it, too.

The spread included Rolls, Potato Salad, Mac 'n Cheese, Broccoli, a lot of Mustards, and the Turkey. I got to carving.

Between the 4 and a half of us, we ate half the bird. By 'between', I mean that I ate a lot of it. The only side dish that I had was the Broccoli.

For Dessert, the Loras had some Chocolate Cake. I just watched.

After everyone left, I cut up two Grapefruits and turned on the Olympics.

Here's my steps for the day.
