A Bowl of Watermelon.
For Lunch, I broke out a container of Hillshire Farm Tuscan Style Turkey Breast.
I did Mustard Roll-Ups. For my money, Turkey Roll-Ups are always a good five-point value.
Afternoon Snack: Another Bowl of Watermelon.
I found myself wandering around Publix in search of Dinner, and I settled on the pre-seasoned Curried Chicken Parts.
The package says Leg Quarters, but there's both dark and white meat pieces in there.
I put it in a pot and followed the directions, and 45 minutes later... Dinner was served.
I ate way too much of it, but oh well. When it was done, I enjoyed a big mug of Chicken Curry Soup before going to sleep.
Here's my steps report for Tuesday.
