Catfish!

A Banana. I froze some more of them for later; more about that soon.

For Lunch, I had the leftover Prime Rib from Runyon's. To add to the Steakhouse feel, I also nuked two Heads of Broccoli.

Even though this was a leftover, the steak was still a huge piece. The Bobblehead could have helped, but didn't.

Before I left the office, I remembered about the Bananas. Based on discussions with Blog readers, I pre-peeled them and put them in individual ziploc bags.

I had two of them. I don't know if the bags weren't closed all the way, or it was a case of humidity, but the Bananas were crusted over with a small layer of ice. I managed to get through it, but next time, I will freeze them peel-on.

On the way home from the office, I stopped at Publix and picked u some seasoned Catfish Fillets and a package of sliced Mushrooms. I added some Bok Choy, canned Okra and Diced Tomatoes from in-house stock and went to work.

It all cooked down and I plated half of it, using Vivian's Half Plate Policy.

It was really, really good. I was going to save the rest for Lunch tomorrow, but I had he rest of it as seconds.

That was it for the day. Here's my steps.
