I cooked a Turkey!
It was weigh-in day, so I didn't eat much during the day. The only think I had was one (one!!!!) Plantain Chip from Alicia's bag at work.
I defrosted a Turkey starting Friday night, and got it all ready to go on Sunday.
That's some Turkey Marinade that I bought in Peru. I covered the whole Bord, then I added water to the rest, shook it up, and put it in the bottom of the pan to help add flavor.
I put it up at 4:00, and it was ready at 8:00.
While it cooled, I had the Turkey Neck.
Then I started hacking off pieces. I cut up a plate for Fiske, and one for myself.
It was so good, we each had another plate. Here's mine.
For Dessert, I had a Bowl of Watermelon. Fiske had Ice Cream.
That was all. Here's my steps.
