I stopped at 7-eleven on the way to work and picked up two Hard-Boiled Eggs. I didn't have much in the way of protein on Sunday.
After Weight Watchers, Lonnise and I were trying to decide where to have Dinner. We (seemingly always) had a hankering for Vietnamese food, but we didn't want to drive halfway across Florida to eeat, so we consulted with Mr. Google.
He sent us to Basilic Vietnamese Grill on Commercial Blvd, just west of A1A. The place was clean and shiny, but we didn't see a single Asian-looking person working there.
Nevertheless, the menu was correct, so we got to ordering. They had many different types of the standard Spring Roll (or Summer, or whatever). We chose to try the one with Salmon in it.
It wasn't as great as some of the others I have had, but it was pretty good.
For my main course, I had their Bun Bo Hue, which is their spicy Noodle Soup with Brisket, Meatballs, and some mysterious -- but tasty -- 'Shrimp Ball.'
Lonnise had the standard Pho Soup with Shrimp.
That was it. Later, when I got home, I watched football and ate Grapes. Frozen Grapes.
