Pho 79
I was in Hollywood, so I went to Pho 79 for Lunch.
I had the Large bowl of Soup with just Brisket. It's not on the menu, but the waitress dealt with it like she hears it every day.
It was wonderful. I'm not sure that there is a lot that they can do to screw this up, but it it really damn good soup. And I'm getting better at adding the stuff in the right proportions.
That's it. Soup. No Spring Rolls, nothing else. Just Soup.
