While I was in my Official Breakfast Window, I downed three Bananas (I had refrigerated them, not so great), and a bowl of Watermelon.
Later, more Watermelon.
Around noon, I heated up the rest of the Roasted Vegetables from the other day.
Then, I don't know what happened. People were ordering from Chili's and Edwar asked me to split the Two for $20 deal with him. He made out, because none of the Appetizers looked either good or points-worthy, and I chose the Margarita Chicken with Rice and Black Beans.
It was surprisingly good, and -- if I had to guess -- on the healthier side of the equation. I would eat it again.
Raquel and Edwar were excited to be in the Blog, so without further ado, here they are:
Raquel had a Burger, and Edwar joind me in the Chicken Breast Festival. He had it with Corn and Broccoli. Valeria declined making her Blog debut. Maybe next time.
When I got home, I had the leftovers of the other tray of Roasted Vegetables.
Later on, I was hanging with Lonnise, and we decided to go to Pei Wei. I had a buy one; get one coupon, and I was going to get the Chicken Lettuce Wrap. I really was. Really. For sure.
Then something happened. I had the Hot & Sour Soup (large, and I don't share) and the Shrimp Pad Thai, no Tofu, no Bean Sprouts, Extra Sauce.
Lonnise had the Shrimp Lo Mein. And like a normal person, she took half of it home, and is having it for lunch now, for all I know.
