I had Six Grapes during the day... that's it; there were big plans afoot.
We had clients in town, and it is Company Policy that all visitors leave fatter than when they arrived.
So we took them to Chima on Las Olas Boulevard.
Chima is a Brazilian rodizio restaurant. They cook a zillion different cuts of meat on swords, and the Sword Dudes walk around the place and slice Meat upon Meat upon Meat onto your place, until you either explode or otherwise say 'Uncle.'
It starts out with the Salad Bar. I'm not a Salad Bar fan, but this one could be a Meal all in itself. I limited my Salad Bar intake to one trip.
There was Ham, Prosciutto, Seafood Salad, Carpaccio of Beef, Endive with Bleu Cheese and Walnuts, Zucchini, Artichoke Salad and chunks of Parmesan Cheese. I didn't touch 80% of the Salad Bar.
Then the procession of Meat began.

Some of our group ordered desserts... I couldn't believe it. But since I didn't want to feel left out, I asked for a Cappuccino and got some Cantaloupe from the Salad Bar.
Then, I went home and sweated Beef.
