Sorry for the delay in reporting. It has been a hell of a week.
Friday, October 11
No Breakfast.
For Lunch, I went to one of the 6092376766 Chicken Places and got a Chicken Bowl.
That's a cut up Chicken Breast over White Rice and Beans, with a little Tomato and Cilantro. I added some Onions and Hot Sauce.
After work, we went to the hockey game. I had three Kernels of Popcorn as it passed by me.
After the game, I had a Banana and 11 Frozen Grapes at home.
Saturday, October 12
I started out Saturday with Watermelon.
And more Watermelon. And then some more.
That's three Bowls of Watermelon, if you're counting.
For Dinner, I decided to re-visit an old friend... Turkey Necks. These aren't the High-Point Smoked Turkey Necks; these are regular ones that I cooked myself. I bought two of them and had the guy at the store cut them in half.
I heated up some Diced Tomatoes and Sofrito, Hot Sauce, Garlic and Chopped Onion. Then I put the Turkey Necks in the pan for an hour and 45 minutes.
I ate all four pieces, and had the 'Sauce' as Soup on the side.
Proving once and for all that Turkey Necks are not just for Tuesday any longer.
