A Bowl of Watermelon.
Another Bowl of Watermelon.
For Lunch, I had the leftover Catfish and Vegetable mix that I made for Dinner on Monday night.
The Catfish were running large this week, and there were a lot of Vegetables, so that's all I had for the afternoon.
Anne Marie and Kerri flew in this afternoon. They're clients of ours, so I picked them up at the airport, and Ed and I took them to Dinner before dropping them at their hotel for the evening.
They were staying at the Marriott on Andrews Avenue, so we went to Champps, right across the street, in the hooters shopping center.
For my Dinner, I had the Seared Ahi Tuna Tacos.
They were good-ish, but mostly they were just food. They forced you to get a side order with the Tacos. The only Weight Watchers-friendly choice there was Broccoli. I confirmed that it was steamed and did not have oil.
Ann Marie and Kerri were tired from the flight and I hadn't yet trained them on Blog photos, so I let them off the hook for the first night.
Later, before bed, I had the very last of the Vegetables from Monday.
Here's my steps for the day.
