Watermelon in the morning. Then some Frozen Grapes.
For Lunch, I nuked a box of Lean Cuisine Rancher Braised Beef.
As always, it is delicious. And just a tad too small.
Jeff came by to save me but offering a few slices of his Boar's Head Blackened Turkey Breast.
I had three slices. I never tried this flavor before; it had quite the kick.
Some more Watermelon.
Lonnise and I went to Dinner at The Noodle House on State Road 7, just south of Commercial Blvd. Instead of our usual Pho Soups, we both went for the day's blackboard special, "Rice in Clay Pot." The waiter explained that it had Shrimps, Squid and Chicken. Lonnise ordered hers without Squid.
We were very, very pleased with the result. There were also some grilled Pineapple pieces floating around in there.
To go with out Clay Pot Rice, we shared a Shrimp Salad.
This was mostly shredded Cabbage, topped with some minced Peanuts and some Shrimp. It was a little spicy. We couldn't figure out *where* the spice was coming from, but it was there. We loved it.
Later that night, at home, I made some Brussels Sprouts.
Here's my steps for the day.
