It was Weigh-In Day, and I was in Peru for two weeks and ate a lot this weekend, so I kept it light during the day. I had a packet of Chicken of the Sea Skinless and Boneless Pink Salmon.
It's just 2 1/2 ounces, but i was enough to tide me over.
After Weight Watchers (Up 4.8 pounds, which was a surprisingly small gain after my trip), I stopped at Albertsons to stock up. I bought some Fish, but lots of Fruit & Vegetables.
I had four Bananas. Some Grapes and a Plumb before I got cooking.
I had bought two Catfish filets that weighted a total of 18 ounces. I cooked them both up, but put away half for Lunch on Tuesday.
Since I was lazy, I bought a pre-cut up assortment of Vegetables to add to the Fish. It worked well.
I ate all that and some of the Broth the dish threw off.
Later, a Bowl of Watermelon, and then some more of the Broth from the Fish dish. The other filet and the rest of the Vegetables successfully made it into the refrigerator for tomorrow.
A few more Frozen Grapes (OK, a LOT more Frozen Grapes), and that was it for the night.
Here's my steps. They were low.
