Tuesday, April 15
Yes, I ate a lot. It was all 'good' things to eat, but there was a LOT of it.
I statred with two containers of Mixed Melon.
After that -- and you can blame Gordon -- I discovered Frozen Bananas.
They're like regular Bananas, only frozen. They are a little hard to peel, but delicious and worth the effort. I had two.
After that, I nuked some of the Collard Greens that were left over from the other night.
The Bobblehead was all over my meals on Tuesday.
Then, for some real food, I heated up the leftover Soup from The Hot Pot the night before.
Later in the afternoon, another Frozen Banana and some Frozen Grapes.
When I got home, I was able to do some cooking and eating without the Bobblehead budding in. I broke out some Vegetables to get started.
You've got Napa Cabbage, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Chinese Eggplant and Mushrooms to go with some Black Bean Sauce and some Garlic Chile Sauce. I got all that cooked up and then added some Tilapia. Fiske and I had a healthy Dinner.
We each ahd about five ounces of Fish; the rest was the Vegetables. Without blowing my own horn too much, this was pretty outstanding.
At the same time as Dinner, I also made a vat of Cabbage.
I put most of it away, but Fiske and I each had a small Bowl, with Fiske's being smaller than mine.
That's it for the day. A lot of food, but not a lot of points. Here's my steps.
