Lunch with LeBron

Sunday, April 6

Eric texted me at 10:40 Saturday night, asking if I wanted to go with him tomorrow to the Heat-Knicks game. Duh.

It was 1:00 pm game, and Eric's seats are on the the Suite Level, so there's waiter service. If there's a waiter, I'm ordering food.

The seats were great; the food... not so much. I had a Hot Dog & Chips, Eric had a Salad, and Angel had the Nachos.

My Hot Dog was horrible. The Salad and Nachos looked passable. Against my better judgement, I ate the Dog and all of the bun and the Chips. It was a bad move, because it didn't satisfy me, and worse, it made me want to eat something real-er.

So, at halftime, we went to the window of Bongos on the siade of the arena and I bought more stuff.

That is a Cuban Sandwich (sort of) and four Ham Croquettes. The Croquettes were OK-ish, and the Sandwich would have been good, if they had more than four seconds to put it together and there weren't 68093809648 people waiting around for food, all in a 15-minute time frame. None of that stopped me from polishing that stuff off, too.

At least there were Cheerleaders. And the Heat won. And LeBron dropped 38. He always does better when I am there.

Later, when I got home, I had a Bowl of Watermelon.

Here's my steps for Sunday.
