Thursday, March 5
I did some stuff in the office, then headed home to load up the car. I was a little early, so I stopped at Sushi Rock on Wilton Drive. I ordered three different Rolls: Spicy Tuna and two others.
I got to the airport and must have done something right in a previous life, because I checked in quickly and and was granted TSA Precheck Security Status. I was at the gate hours early.
Using the opportunity to get some steps in, I walked Concourse D (60 gates) and looked at my food options. I settled upon Cuban Food.
Since the Sushi was Breakfast, this was Lunch. I ordered up some Lecon Asado and Arroz Moro.
In English, that's Pork with Rice & Beans already mixed together. I ate all the Pork an about half of the Rice.
The Lunch allowed me to pass on the airplane food.
When I got to my apartment around 11:30, I dropped my stuff off and headed to the 24-Hour Soup and French Fry joint around the corner. I had a Caldo de Gallina (Chicken Noodle Soup) and French Fries.
There were enough Fries for a family of 12. I ate about a quarter of them.
That's it. I walked home, checked some email, and went to sleep. Here's my steps... not bad, considering I was on a plane for six hours.
