Fish & Vegetables: That's Good, right?

Tuesday, February 24

Frozen Grapes. All day. They're $1.49 at Save A  Lot.

When I got home, I remembered the third tray of Vegetables I had put together when I prepared for the Banquet at Angela's house a week before. I popped it into the oven and just two hours later... Vegetables! I had two Bowls like the one in the last picture.

Then, more Frozen Grapes.

Around 10:30, I was hungry, so I drove to Albertsons and bought a Side of Salmon. I cut it into four pieces, seasoned it up, and broiled it. I had two of the pieces.

I put the other two pieces and the Vegetables aside for tomorrow. Here's my steps.

Wednesday, February 25

Frozen Grapes in the morning.

For Lunch, I heated up the leftover Vegetables and the two pieces of Salmon from last night, and Edwar and I split it all up.

Guess what? More Frozen Grapes!

Jeff and I headed down to Coral Gables to catch a Hurricanes Basketball game. The game was at 9:00 pm, so we scouted restaurants in the area and wound up at an Italian place not far from Campus.

I ate a lot of Bread (you can see it in the picture of Jeff). It wasn't very good, but I hardly ever have Bread, so I savored it.

For my Main Course, they called it Steak Pizziola, but it wasn't really.

This was slices of Skirt Steak with a Mushroom Sauce and some Diced Potatoes. It was delicious; just don't try to pass it off as Steak Pizziola. Jeff had the Gnocchis.

The 'Canes held on to beat FSU by four points. Here's my steps for the day -- All 13,000 of them!
