I just love Scallops Parmesan.
You get Scallops. And You get Parmesan. And they throw in a little Butter for good measure.
I ate the other package of Sausages in the morning.
They are OK, and kept me going until I met Ed for Lunch.
Peruvians are very proud of their Chinese Food, so we decided to trust them and went to Wa-Lok for Lunch.
For our Appetizers, we had Shrimp Dumplings.
By 'we,' I mean I had five and Ed had one. He outdid me on the Main Course, however, ordering Pork in a Tamarind Sauce and their House Fried Rice. I ordered their Special Chow Mei Fon.
I had been here before, and I totally forgot that their dishes are large enough for two or three people. My doorman eats really well when I am in town. What we did eat was delicious.
At the Casino Hacienda, they give out Dinner every night. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, they make a bigger deal out of it, offering three choices and a menu, of all things.
I had the Asado with the Pasta Salad.
The Asado is kind of like Pot Roast in that is has been cooked a while and is really tender.
It was good, but I eventually wanted Dinner, so Ed & I walked down the block to Punto Azul where Ed drank Beer and watched me eat Scallops Parmesan and a Tiradito/Cebiche Sampler.
Tiradito is kind of like Carpaccio, except with Fish. And they had different Sauces. The center was a mixed Ceviche and at the one o'clock position of the sampler was a Shrimp Causa. I had half the Scallops, all the Fish and a little of the Causa.
That was it. We gambled the night away.
