Three Bananas and a Bowl of Watermelon.
For Lunch, I started with a small Publix Green Salad.
For my Dressing, I tool some Dijon Mustard and added a little water. I mixed it up and poured it over the Salad. Surprisingly, it came out pretty good. More surprisingly, I forgot to take a photo.
After that, since I already had the Mustard out, the Bobblehead and I did some Turkey Roll-Ups.
At five points for the whole thing, Turkey is a good WW value. You have to be careful with the typs, however. Some of the flavored Turkey slices are double the points.
Afternoon snack was... Frozen Grapes.
Don't worry; I had more than that. They're on sale at Save-A-Lot for $1.49 a pound.
It's a good thing I saved some points, because it is Lonnise & my every-other-Wednesday Pho Night at Noodle House on State Road 7. We had a special guest... Sandy. She had seen us enjoying the Soup in the blog and on Facebook, and asked if she could join us.
We stuck to our standard dishes. I had the Pork Broth with the thin Noodles with Pork and Dumplings (extra large). Lonnise had her standard Shrimp & Pork with the same Broth and Noodes as I had, and Sandy got the regular version of the Dumpling/Pork combo.
I finished all of mine, and the girls each took about half home. Sandy loved her first Pho... whe's already planning what she will get next time.
Sandy went on her way, and Lonnise and I headed over to Kiera & Jim's house. Jim had some String Beans for me.
I was pretty full, but I couldn't insult his hospitality. We split them.
Later, at around 11:00, I had some Pickles at home. I had four, but they were small.
That's it for the day. Here's my steps.
