At the Risk of Being Redundant... Catfish!

Monday, June 16

Instead of buying a bag of Green Giant Brussels Sprouts, I just went to the Vegetable Department and bought Brussels Sprouts. They came to about half the price of the packaged ones, and were fresh.

I put a little water in the bowl, and added a bunch of spices, and Nuked them for around 10 minutes.

They tasted like Brussels Sprouts. If you like them, they're good. If you don't -- well, this won't change your opinion. I probably should have cut them to make them cook quicker and more evenly, but I was happy with them.

For my real meal, I broke out  some Catfish, and all the fixin's.

You're looking at Diced Tomatoes, Straw Mushrooms, Pepper Rings, Jalepeno Rings, Baby Corns (they have points!), Garlic Slivers, Artichoke Heardts, Broccoli Crowns and Hot Sauce.

I cooked it all together and then steamed the Catfish. My plate looked like this:

I finished that off, put the same amount away for Lunch tomorrow, and still had some more Vegetables to put away.

Later, I had two Bowls of Watermelon.

Here's my steps for the day.
