(I lost my notes, so the daytime stuff may not be 100% accurate)
Two Hard-Boiled Eggs.
A Bowl of Watermelon. Frozen Grapes. Lots of Frozen Grapes.
A Frozen Banana.
Jeff and Brent were coming over to watch the Heat stink up Game Three of the NBA Finals.
I picked up some stuff for Dinner at The Fresh Market on Federal Highway, but I also got a container of Turkey Chili to get me through until the game started.
It tasted like Chili, so I was happy.
For Dinner, I purchased some prepared Chicken Breasts that were rolled and stuffed. My two were stuffed with Zucchini and Stone Ground Mustard. For the guys, they got one each of Sun-Dried Tomato and Cheese, and some sort of Mexican flavor with Cheese. You bake them 35 minutes, and you're good to go. I also made them some Broccoli and for me, some Brussels Sprouts.
I finished all of mine, but Jeff & Brent only had one each, so I have Lunch for Thursday.
The game was a disaster. I ate Frozen Grapes to keep from screaming.
Here's my steps for the day.
Bonus Photo: Here's the Chicken things before I baked them.
