The Blog is Back!

I was on a surprise Blog Vacation last week. You missed some stuff: Watermelon, Frozen Grapes, Cuban Food at Versailles on Calle Ocho (great!), and a lot of Turkey. Also, there was a chip incident on Saturday... we'd prefer to forget that. Weigh-in tonight will be reminder enough. Anyway, we're back.

Five Bowls of Watermelon. Five. 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5. I was trying to overcompensate for the last three weeks.

For dinner, I bought some Catfish at Albertson's and broke out the seasonings.

That's a can of Mushrooms, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, some Peruvian Rocoto Sauce (Spicy!), Chopped Onions and Garlic Slivers. I cooked up the stuff, and added the Fish to steam at the end.

I say this about a lot of my favorites, but I could eat Catfish all day.
