More Catfish

Wednesday, June 12

Don't get old... you lose your notes two days in a row.

Over the course of the day, three Bowls of Watermelon and some Frozen Grapes. Maybe a Frozen Banana; I don't know.

For Lunch, I got up, left my desk, and drove to Subway. I got a Sub.

I haven't gone in a while, but I got my standard: Footlong Wheat Bread (hollow out Bread). No Mayo, No Cheese. Turkey, Spinach, Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Lettuce, Hot Peppers, Banana Peppers, more Spinach and a LOT of Spicy Mustard. I loved every bite.

Later, at home, I still had two Catfish Filets from Monday night. I decided to mix things up and make Aluminum Foil Fish.

I tossed the Catfish in a ziplock bag and added some Rickey's Wing Sauce, Garlic Powder, Mixed Seasoning and Onion Flakes. I then shook the bag to kind-of evenly distribute the Marinade. I also cleaned up a little of the Bok Choy that I bought over the weekend.

I wrapped the whole thing together with six layers of Aluminum Foil (picture above), and baked that baby for 50 minutes. When it comes out, it is all hot and steamy.
I moved some of the Bok Choy so that you could see the fish
On the plate it looked like this, until I ate every bite.

Later on, I had some Frozen Grapes. Here's my steps for the day.
