Mon/Tues: Turkey!

Monday, January 26

Monday started over the weekend, when I defrosted and got a Turkey ready to cook on Monday.


I didn't eat during the day (combination of weigh-in and too excited, but mostly, weigh-in), and rushed home after work to put the Turkey in the Roaster.

It wouldn't be ready until 9:30, so on the way home, I stopped at a Chinese Restaurant and bought a container of Vegetable Soup to tide me over.

It was finally ready, and, as usual, it looked and smelled delicious.

I gloried in two plates of the Bird.


Maybe the Soup helped, because I usually eat a lot more Turkey on Day 1. When I cut up the rest of it to put in containers, I went all Caveman on some of the uncuttable parts, but not a lot. Here's my steps.

Tuesday. January 27

Edwar and I had some Turkey for Lunch. I could of sworn that I had photos of the individual plates, but I guess I don't.

After work, I went to the Green Market by Whole Foods. I like walking around there, but I never wind up buying anything. As is my usual, I went inside and bought some of their Soup for Dinner.
