Monday, February 9
During the day, I ate what I usually do on Monday: Nothing before weigh-in.
Then I went home and promptly slept through Weight Watchers. When I woke up, I went to Andrews Meat Market and bought some Chicken Drumsticks. I made a Marinade of Rickey's Hot Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce and Kickin' Chicken Spices, and set them up on two Baking Sheets.
450 Degrees and 45 minutes later, they were done. I had three platefuls and put the rest in a container for tomorrow.
That was it for Monday. Here's my steps.
Tuesday, February 10
On a whim, I stopped at the Save A Lot on Andrews Avenue on the way to work. Grapes were $1.79 per pound... a miracle!
At work... Grapes.
For Lunch, Edwar and I broke out the Chicken Legs from yesterday. He had some Salad, but didn't offer to share it.
I showed him; there were seven Legs. I ate four and only gave him three.
Later, some Frozen Grapes.
On the way home, I hit up Save A Lot for more Grapes.
At home, first, some Grapes.
For Dinner, I had two Snapper Filets from Andrews Meat yesterday. I took out a can of Stir-Fry Vegetables, a can of Artichokes and some spices, and I got to cookin'.
They were wonderful. I'm not always a fan of Snapper, but these came out perfect.
That's it for now. I'm sure that there will be some more Frozen Grapes before I go to bed. Here's my steps, as of 9:15 pm.
