Catfish Saturday; Hardly Anything Sunday

Saturday, November 8

I went down to Hollywood to buy some more of the Catfish that Edwar whipped up last night, but Delaware Chicken Farm & Seafood Market didn't have any.

Undaunted, I popped over to Foodtown on Sterling Road... they would have something.

What they had was whole Catfish.

That baby weighed just under four pounds. The woman at the counter took it away to get it all cleaned up. I also bought a half pound of Scallops, and then rushed home to get cooking.

I have no idea how much the Filets weighed after the Fish was cleaned. I heated up a two cans of Diced Tomatoes, a jar of Salsa, some Pepper Rings, Salsa de Aji, Slivered Garlic and -- because I like Mushrooms -- a can of Mushrooms. While it cooked, I cut the filets into pieces and then added half of them and half the Scallops.

Here's what the plate looked like.

Later on, I heated up the rest of the Catfish and Scallops.

As a bonus, there was still some of the Sauce left over. I heated it up later and had it as if it was Soup. I love Soup, you know.

That's it for Saturday. Here's my steps.

Sunday, November 9

It's 10:30, and I just realized that I haven't eaten today. I realized that I had to have something, so I rooted around in the pantry and came up with a can of Salmon, a Can of Crabmeat, some Sriracha, Mustard, Onion Flakes and Garlic. I mixed them into a bowl and had my Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

That's it for the day. Here's my steps. It's before midnight, so there should be a few more by the end of the day.
