SOUP WEEK II: Days 1 & 2

Monday, September 8

I didn't know it was Soup Week until 1) We weighed in at Weight Watchers this week, and 2: Lonnise announced that it was Soup Week.

Lonnise, Vivian, Kathy and I went to Basilic Vietnamse Restaurant on Commercial Blvd. in Lauderdale-by-the Sea.

We started with the Summer Rolls - one for each of us.
I know... there's only two here. We ordered four.
Then, Soup. Lonnise & I had Pho, and Vivian and Kathy had other Noodle-Based Soups. There was a lot of Soup around, so I'm not all up on who had what. I do know that the Shrimps & Pork (Lonnise) and the Chicken (Kathy) were Grilled. And that they liked it.




I finished mine; the womenfolk didn't. Here's my steps for the day.

Tuesday, September 9

A Bowl of Watermelon. Another Bowl of Watermelon.

For Soup Week 2, I had some Healthy Choice Split Pea and Ham Soup for Lunch.



That was three cans, not two. No lectures on Salt will be heard this week.

Later on, Frozen Grapes. They're still on sale.

For Dinner, I went to Whole Foods and hit up their Soup Bar (Soup Bar!!!) for their Fish Gumbo Soup and their Cioppino. Took 'em home and ate 'em!



Aside from delicious, Soup is filling. That's it for the day. Here's my steps.
