SOUP WEEK II: Day 4 - The Hot Pot

Thursday, September 11

A Bowl of Watermelon.

I opened three cans of Progresso Vegetable Classics Vegetable Soup. And ate them.

Later, another Bowl of Watermelon.

For Dinner, I headed down to The Hot Pot in Davie. Lo & behold, Katie was working... she was there our first visit, and never since.

It's Soup Week, so I ordered a Hot Pot with the Szechuan Broth, and I went off the menu for the other one... I got the Crab Broth from one of their Specialty Soups. To go with it, I stuck to Vegetables: Napa Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Broccoli and Bok Choy.



It took me a while, but I did Soup Week proud.

Later on, some Watermelon and Mixed Fruit.

Here's my steps for the day. One Very Active Minute. One.
