Week in Review: January 5-11

The week got away from me. I have pictures, so here's what I ate...

Monday, January 5

Watermelon, then I cooked up Chicken and ate two Bowls, and put some away for a couple of days.

Tuesday, January 6

Some Oranges during the day, then Texas de Brazil with Val, Edwar and Jennifer. Edwar and I had the Bisque as an Appetizer, and then again for Dessert. The girls had regular Desserts.

Wednesday, January 7

Oranges and Frozen Banana in the morning, Lunch with John at Noodle House, Grapefruit in the afternoon, then Uncle Lui's with Lonnise. I had Split Pea Soup, a Potato Pancake and Chicken with Sweet Potato. Lonnise had the same, except she had A Shrimp Dish for her Main Course. Then, at midnight, leftover Chicken from Monday.

Thursday, January 8

Sweet Tomatoes with Larry & Jeff (six tiny bowls of Soup!), one small taste of Edwar's Boneless Chicken Cacciatore, the rest of the leftover Chicken from Monday, then I made a fresh batch of Chicken and had a sample of that, with the rest put away for the future.

Friday, January 9

Two Grapefruits, Lean Cuisine Crusted Fish for Lunch, Edwar & I went to GG's Waterfront Cafe in Hollywood for Happy Hour. We had Bang Bang Shrimp, Seared Tuna, Calamari and Mussels. I had about half of it. Later, I had three pieces of the Chicken from Thursday.

Saturday, January 10

During the day, the last Six leftover pieces of Chicken from Thursday. Later, three Pickles, but no photo.

Sunday, January 11

Ed came over to watch the Cowboys go home with their tails between their legs. I had Watermelon first, then I broiled us some Salmon for Lunch, then I had some more Watermelon.

I'm not planning on eating anything else today, but you never know.

Here's my steps for the week. It was only 36,370 for the entire seven days. I will do better next week.
