Friday/Saturday... Fish/Zucchini

Friday, January 2

Two Bowls of Watermelon.

During the day, I stopped by the house and took the second frozen Salmon out to defrost.

It wasn't my top choice, but it was already in the house, so I went for it. I broiled the Fish and pretty much enjoyed it.



Around midnight, I cut up three Oranges that I had picked up on the way home, along with some Vegetables for Saturday.

That was it for Friday. Here's my steps.

Saturday, January 3

After some Coffee and shopping in the morning, I went home to make Lunch. I was going down to Coral Gables with Jeff later on, so I wanted to eat something low-point before going to the game.

I had stopped at the Vegetable store on the way home yesterday, so I broke out a Zucchini, an Onion, some Broccoli, and a container of Fresh Salsa.

I cut up the Onion and separated the Broccoli Florets, added some Spice, and put them in the microwave to start them on their way. After that, I loaded the Zucchini into the Zucchini Machine.



I mixed the Zucchini "pasta" with the Broccoli and Onion, added the Salsa, and nuked the whole hing for another four minutes before settling down for Lunch.


Delicious. And filling.

We then went down to Coral Gables to watch the 'Canes lose in double overtime.

When I got home, I cut up the remaining two Oranges.
