A Bowl of Watermelon.
For Lunch, I had bought the World's Biggest Zucchini.
I cut it up, put it in the Microwave, and then I feasted. Edwar helped me a little, and I gave a couple of pieces to John, but I ate most of it.
Later, I cut up a Watermelon and had half of it. It wasn't very good. I can't wait until Watermelon season.
For Dinner, I bought some Cajun-seasoned Catfish Filets and made one of my specialties: Aluminum Foil Fish and Brussels Sprouts. I quadruple-wrapped it and baked for 45 minutes at 450 degrees.
It was delicious. I love Aluminum Foil Fish.
That's it. Here's my steps.
