There's a flight to Lima today at 4:30 -- I plan to be on it.
I had a Spaghetti Squash at the office. Edwar had never seen one, so he watched me cut it up, get rid of the seeds, and season it. I nuked, and 10 minutes later, mixed in some Salsa.
Before heading to the airport, I went to the Pink Submarine on Wilton Drive and got a sandwich. It had some Meats, but then it had a LOT of Vegetables. Multigrain Bread.
It came with a side of Potato Salad.
I bought a bag of Combos and Pretzel Nuggets at the airport and had them pretty soon after takeoff.
That was it inthe Northern Hemisphere. There will be a separate Blog Post for Thursday's Dinner.
