A Bowl of Watermelon.
For Lunch, I brought a Spaghetti Squash with me to work. They were on sale last week, and I had a small one left.
I nuked it for 11 minutes, and after it cooled a little, I stripped out the Squash.
When it was ready, I mixed in about half a jar of Salsa. Here's a picture before the mixing; I forgot to take one when it was all mixed together.
Another Bowl of Watermelon.
After work, I went to Whole Foods on Federal Highway. On Tuesdays, they have a Farmers Market kind of thing... lots of booths with a LOT of people using words like "Non GMO" and "Vegan" and "Organic" and such. There was a guy in a booth with a Peruvian Flag pushing Cebiche. We got to talking, and I ordered one to go.
That second shot is him cutting up an Aji -- a hot Pepper that they use in Cebiches. Over the years, I have been able to, um, enjoy Ajis more and more.
I went inside Whole Foods and also got a container of their Cioppino Soup to take home.
At the house, I first had the Soup, and then the Cebiche.
The Soup was excellent, as always, and the Cebiche was Very Good. The dude said that he has a restaurant in Margate; I will check it out sometime next week, maybe with Loretta if she behaves over the weekend.
Here's my steps for the day.
Say what we will about the weekend, it will be great blogging.
