**This is my 800th Blog Post -- Let me beat you to it: Rich, you're a wordy bastard.**
Monday, March 30
Apparently,
the Blog has been on Vacation for a week. I've been sick, and I've been
busy, and I've been lazy and and and and... Anyway, here we go.
Larry, Jeff and I went to Sweet Tomatoes for Lunch. It was the next-to-last day for the Albundigas Locas
Soup (Crazy Meatballs). I had a plate of Salad, a taste of their Cole
Slaw (didn't like it), and four Bowls of Crazy Meatball Soup.
The Meatballs were crazy. Crazy, I say.
I didn't wind up eating again -- I slept away most of the evening. Here's my steps.
Tuesday, March 31
I
stopped at Albertson's on the way to the office and stocked up. I spent
the day at the office eating Turkey Breast and Watermelon, Here's the
Turkey Breast.
It
makes great Roll-Ups with Mustard. The Watermelon wasn't too good last
week, but it was sweeter today -- I guess they are coming into season.
It
seemed to work out well, so I stopped at Albertson's on the way home
too, picking up more Watermelon and a side of Salmon. While I prepared
the Salmon, I had some more Watermelon.
I cut the Salmon into three pieces (it's easier to cook that way), seasoned them, and put 'em in the Broiler.
When they were done, they turned out to be a great accompaniment to watching the Hurricanes win a basketball game.
Later, some more Watermelon, and off to bed. Here's Tuesday's steps.
Congratulations on your 800th post. And again, thank you for all the pics.
